🌱 Nursery Portal (Beta Testing)
Registered nursery owners can register their nursery, manage consignee
information, apply for electronic Certificates for Domestic Transport (eCDT),
and monitor application status online.

The Nursery Portal is currently available for testing and evaluation.
Nursery owners are encouraged to register, save consignee information,
submit sample eCDT applications, and verify the system's functionality.
⚠️ Important: All eCDTs generated during this testing phase
are FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY and are
NOT VALID for the transport or movement of regulated articles.
These test-issued eCDTs must not be used for any official transaction.
We appreciate your feedback to help improve the system before its official release.
